3. Products & Pricing

• All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and charges, if any, will be mentioned on the website.

• Product images are provided for representation purposes. Actual product colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

• We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, specifications, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Order & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted through the website.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Quality Threads currently does not accept product returns.

• Size exchanges are available subject to product availability.

• A courier charge of ₹199 will apply for size exchanges.

• Exchange requests must meet the conditions mentioned in our Exchange Policy.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.

• In exceptional cases where a return is approved, the applicable courier charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact Quality Threads within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and a valid unboxing video.

After verification, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for every order and may be required to process claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available as Quality Threads follows a no-return policy.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after the approved resolution.

Refunds will generally be credited through the original payment method used for the order.

8. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn.

• The product must not be washed, altered, or damaged.

• Original tags and packaging must remain intact.

• Exchange requests must be raised within the applicable exchange period.

• Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.

• Customized or altered products, if applicable, are not eligible for exchange.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled securely and used for purposes such as order processing, customer support, website operations, and service improvements.

We do not sell your personal information. Certain information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as courier and logistics partners, when necessary to fulfil your order or as required by applicable law.
